We support programs committed to high-quality instruction — not shortcuts, overcrowded classes, or minimal standards. Technique matters. Safety matters. Growth matters. Girls deserve training that challenges them, protects them, and helps them develop real skill with discipline and care.

We will not fund programs that compromise a child’s dignity for applause, trends, or competition culture. Costuming, choreography, and classroom environments must reflect age-appropriate modesty and respect for the innocence of childhood — without exception.

We believe great programs are built on relationships, not just registrations. Instructors should know their students, invest in their growth, and model integrity and character. Teaching is more than selling classes — it’s shaping habits, confidence, and identity.

Scholarships come with responsibility. Studios that partner with us agree to uphold our standards and welcome accountability. When programs drift from what they commit to, support can be paused or withdrawn. Our responsibility is to the girls first — always.
These standards are not symbolic. They guide how partnerships are formed, how scholarships are awarded, and how support is maintained over time. Every program we work with is expected to reflect these principles in both practice and culture.
We commit to maintaining modesty and age-appropriateness in all attire, choreography, and music selections across both dance and gymnastics programs. Specifically:
These standards apply to all students, not just scholarship recipients. Studios must communicate and uphold these guidelines in all classes, performances, and promotional content.
Our instructors serve not only as coaches, but as role models. We expect instructors to foster a positive and respectful environment — guiding students through encouragement, discipline, and integrity.
We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in dance and/or gymnastics instruction — helping students grow in skill, strength, and confidence while honoring the art of movement with discipline and care.
We welcome students from all backgrounds while maintaining our commitment to values-based programming. We aim to provide a wholesome environment that protects innocence and builds community.
